Relationship between the Member and the Company
21. The Member is not employed by the Company. He or she is not entitled to make statements or undertake responsibilities on behalf of the Company.
22. The Member is obliged to comply with all the laws of their respective country governing CV Network type activities; all Operational, Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations; and instructions from the Company or their sponsoring Member concerning his or her activity. He or she cannot pursue any activity that impugns the reputation of the Network, the Network Members, the Company or its products.
23. The Member cannot make false statements concerning the products. The Member is responsible for any damages resulting from such cases.
24. Product may only be sold in original, unaltered and undamaged packaging.
25. The Member is entitled to use Company published written, audio and video materials in furtherance of his/ her or it's CV Network business. The Member may also commission, publish, produce and use his/ her or it's own advertising or informational material regarding the CV Network and/ or it's products, provided that the Member has the Company's expressed written approval to use such material.
Relationship between the Company and the CV Network
26. The Company offers price discounts to Members of the CV Network upon purchase of Company products.
27. Members are only allowed to pursue commercial activities with the Company's products and within the CV Network, if they have all the necessary licenses from the authorities in their respective countries, and fully comply with the laws and other regulations governing such activity in their respective countries.
Members are not allowed to sell products to middlemen or wholesale trade companies. The commercial sale of products can only be made on the basis of the official retail trade price list specified by the Company, at retail trade prices.
