Basic terms
1. Financial year: a financial year begins on January 1st of a given year and ends on December 31st of the same year.
2. Bonus Point (BP): the value determined by the Company for each product.
3. Personal Group Bonus Point (PGBP): the value calculated by deducting the group bonus points of the 21-percent directly sponsored group, from the total group Bonus Points.
4. Group Bonus Point (GBP): the directly sponsored total group Bonus Point.
5. The nominal achievement level: The Member's nominal achievement level is determined by the Group Bonus Point which includes the Member's own and all purchases by his or her network.
In the CaliVita® International Network, the nominal levels range from 4 per cent to 21 per cent.
6. 21-percent achievement level: necessary to achieve 95000 GBP.
7. Trade point (TP): the net price expressed in trade point.
8. Personal Group Trade Point (PGTP): the value calculated by deducting the group bonus points of the 21-percent directly sponsored group, from the total group trade points.
Calculation of the commission is made on the basis of all the monthly trade points of the group.
9. Minimum purchase: In the CV Network, the precondition for payment is the monthly minimum purchase which value depends on the level achieved.
10. Executive premium:
CaliVita® International pays a 2-percent executive premium to the Member whose Personal Group Bonus Point number (PGBP) reaches 190,000 BPs.
CaliVita® International pays a 1-percent Executive premium to the Member, whose Personal Group Bonus Point number reaches 140,000 BPs.
11. Minimum guarantee: 5% of Trade Points which are equal to BP that are necessary to achieve 21% level. The value can be modified if the percentage of BP and TP changes.
12. Manager premium (MP): Following the acquisition of the managerial status (meeting the requirements of the basic condition and other conditions included in the Managerial Status Regulations), the achievement of a personally sponsored 21-percent line and 38,000 PGBPs, or more personally sponsored 21-percent lines, CaliVita® International pays a 5-percent manager premium.
13. Stability Bonus: Stability Bonus for those Members who achieve the PM level and a minimum of 50,000 PGBPs, and have at least one 21-percent branch or archieve PM level and have more than one 21 percent branch.
14. Manager club: the club of palm managers (PM) and managers having reached a higher classification, which club operates according to its own special Regulations.
15. Top manager club: the club of three palm managers (TPM) and managers having reached a higher classification, which club operates according to its own special Regulations.
16. Star club: the club of golden palm managers and managers having reached a higher classification, which club operates according to its own special Regulations.
17. Elite Club: A club acting as an inner Network - acting according to its own special Regulations - within the CaliVita® International Network.
18. The New Progressive Reward System: makes possible for the Elite Club Members the nominal increase of the achieved level, for instance, from 4 per cent to 8 per cent, or even from 21 per cent to 30 per cent. At the same time, those Members who meet the NPRS conditions are entitled to receive Progressive Bonus (PB). Depending on the level and the period of maintaining the level, the income value realized on the basis of Trade Points can increase by as much as 40-100 per cent (table 3 - t4) and with this, the total value of payments received may even reach 40 per cent.
19. Elite Rebate: For Elite Club Members, whose personal monthly purchase of products marketed in the Elite Club reaches the 400 PBP value, the Company ensures - for the purchase of every product marketed in the Elite Club above this value - an return of 15 per cent (Elite Rebate).
