Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations
1. A Member is required at all times to conduct his/ her or it's activity in accordance with the provisions of the Operational, Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations of the CV Network.
2. In addition to the foregoing, any Member having reached the managerial level must conduct his/ her or it's activity in accordance with the provisions of additional CV Network Regulations that correspond to the respective managerial levels.
3. A Member is not allowed to conduct CV Network business with Members from outside his/ her or it's own sponsor line.
4. A Member is only allowed to conduct CV Network activity in his/ her or it's own network and may only maintain contact with the Members of that network.
5. A Member is not allowed to claim or make representations to any person or organization that the CV Network is a successful enterprise and that participation in the CV Network involves:
- a small amount of work
- no selling
- any manner of tax protection or tax benefits
- secure income for life
6. Members of the CaliVita® International Network may be members in other Network Selling systems, but only as a consumer.
7. Violating the Operational, Disciplinary and/ or Ethics Regulations or other regulations of the CV Network may, at the sole discetion of the Company, bring about the following consequences detailed henceforth.
The Company is entitled to cancel at any time, and with immediate effect, the Membership of the product seller who violates any part of the Operational, Disciplinary and/ or Ethics Regulations of the CV Network, or does not comply with his/ her or it's obligations as a sponsor.
Upon cancellation of the membership, the Member will immediately cease to possess any membership rights or to receive any payments.
8. Upon violation of the provisions of any and all of the Regulations of the CV Network by the Member, the Company may, at it's discretion, suspend the activity of the Member for a maximum of a 12-month period. During the suspension period, all the rights of the Member are held in abeyance. The Member forfeits all present and/ or future entitlement to both points accumulated on his/ her or it's monthly network business and any and all payments due by the Company on such business for the period of suspension only. Five days prior to the end of the suspension period, the Company Ethics Committee will pass a resolution on it's decision to terminate or continue the Membership. If the Company Ethics Committee resolves to continue the membership of the suspended Member, all of the membership rights of the suspended Member will be re-instated and the suspension removed effective on the date specified in the resolution.
9. The CaliVita® International Ethics Committee retains the sole and exclusive right to make decisions regarding the extent and order of sanctions against the person violating the Regulations.
9.1. The president of the Company is the president of the Ethics Committee.
9.2. Members of the Ethics Committee, other than the president of the Ethics Committee, are appointed by the president of the Company.
9.3. The president appoints as Committee members two CaliVita® managers and a person from outside the Company or the CV Network. (eg: lawyer, company leader).
9.4.The Ethics Committee has a total of five votes.
- 2 for President
- 2 for Managers (=1+1)
- 1 for Outside person 1
10. The Ethics Committee sends a written notification of its decision in registered letter to the latest registered address of the Member concerned.
11. The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to make a decision regarding the code number of the sanctioned Member, or the use of that code number.
CaliVIta® International reserves every right concerning the CaliVIta® International Network.
