Elite Club Regulations

1. The Elite Club is a club acting as an inner Network along the same sponsor line within the CaliVita® International Network
2. In the Elite Club, the Company sells a special group of products - in the Elite category - for which the Elite Club Payment Regulations apply.
4. Any CaliVita® International Network Member can become an Elite Club Member, whose onetime (or monthly for Hungary, Poland and Ukraine) purchase of products marketed in the Elite Club reaches the 1,000 PBP value.
5. CaliVita® International Network Members are entitled to purchase products marketed in the Elite Club, but the Elite Club Payment Regulations, and the benefits stated in those regulations, do not apply for their purchases.

Payment Regulations of the Elite Club

1. the payment precondition in the Elite Club are the fulfillment of conditions of CaliVita International and the monthly minimum purchase of products marketed in the Elite Club in a minimum monthly value of 400 PBPs.
2. for Elite Club Members, whose personal monthly purchase of products marketed in the Elite Club reaches the 400 PBP value, the Company ensures - for the purchase of every product marketed in the Elite Club above this value - a return of 15 per cent (Elite Rebate).
3. the BP value of products marketed in the Elite Club could be higher than the nominal one.
4. The New Progressive Reward System (NPRS) makes it possible for Elite Club Members to increase the nominal achievement level, for instance, from 4 per cent to 8 per cent, or even from 21 per cent to 30 per cent. At the same time, those Members who meet the NPRS conditions are entitled to receive Progressive Bonus (PB). Depending on the level and the period of maintaining the level, the income value realized on the basis of Trade Points can increase by as much as 40-100 per cent and with this, the total value of payments received may even reach 40 per cent.
5. Elite Club Member may receive a share of the annual Elite fund. Money into this fund comes from the unpaid Elite Rebate. From this fund, Elite Club Members may receive educational, travel, cash or other rewards.
