Rewards and awards

Your nominal achievement level is determined by the amount of the personal and the Group Bonus Points. In the Network of CaliVita® International, the nominal levels range from 4 per cent to 21 per cent:

  • above 1,000 bonus points 4 per cent
  • above 3,000 bonus points 7 per cent
  • above 9,000 bonus points 10 per cent
  • above 18,000 bonus points 12 per cent
  • above 32,000 bonus points 15 per cent
  • above 58,000 bonus points 18 per cent
  • above 95,000 bonus points 21 per cent
The 21-percent level volume is tied to the volume of 95,000 BPs or 9500 USD.

Managerial status Regulations

1. Members having achieved the managerial level enjoy a favored status on the part of the Company.
2. A Member is entitled to managerial rewards for the month in which he or she meets the required basic conditions and other conditions.
3. The managerial status is announced by the president of the President of the Company, and diploma and pennant are given as the recognition of the level achieved.

Basic conditions of the managerial status:

4. The manager should have an active participation in the preparations, or deliver an address at, every event and seminar which is organized by the Company in his/ her or it's mother country, or in the country where he/ she or it has a 21-percent group.
5. Depending on the level achieved, and in accordance with the Operational Regulations as well as the Regulations relevant to him or her, the manager should organize - on his or her own - business evenings, group and start seminars and manager training seminars in every country where he/ she or it has a 21-percent group.
6. The manager should always act in the spirit of the high moral and ethical principles of the Company.
Complying with the conditions of managerial status is the basic condition for the payment of the manager premium.

Further conditions of the managerial status:

Palm Manager (PM)
If you manage to create a successful network component, which achieves the 21 per cent in itself, then your calculation of income changes. To achieve the PM managerial status, one should fulfil one of the conditions below:

  • a minimum of 95,000 personal Group Bonus Points (without 21-percent groups);
  • in the given month, a directly sponsored 21-percent group and - regardless of this - furthermore, at least 38,000 Personal Group Bonus Points (PGBP);
  • in the given month, more than one directly sponsored 21-percent group;
  • stability bonus if conditions achieved.
Rewards:
  • after the directly sponsored 21-percent group: 5-percent manager premium or the value of the minimum guarantee;
  • 5 per cent of the personal group trade points, if a 21-percent line is sponsored;
  • executive premium, if he or she complies with the conditions.

Awards:

  • diploma of recognition from CaliVita International with the approval and signature of the president;
  • entitled to wearing the PM managerial pennant;
  • photo recognition in the CaliNews;
  • upon invitation, entitled to attend the Manager club.

Attention: every manager premium payment is dependent on the principle of minimum guarantee!
The principle of minimum guarantee: the one entitled to manager premium must provide for the person admitting him or her (his or her direct sponsor) the minimum guarantee value.

Double Palm Manager (DPM)
The person who achieves the PM managerial level three (3) times in a 12-month period becomes a Double Palm Manager.

Rewards:

  • after the directly sponsored 21-percent group: 5-percent manager premium or the value of the minimum guarantee.
  • 5 per cent of the personal group trade points, if a 21-percent line is sponsored.
  • executive premium, if he or she complies with the conditions.
  • stability bonus if conditions achieved.

Awards:

  • diploma of recognition from CaliVita International;
  • entitled to wearing the Double Palm Manager pennant;
  • photo recognition in the CaliNews;
  • upon invitation, entitled to attend the Manager club.

Triple Palm Manager (TPM)
The person who achieves the PM managerial level six (6) times in a 12-month period, in a way that there are three (3) consecutive months in this period, becomes a Triple Palm Manager.

Rewards:

  • after the directly sponsored 21-percent group: 5-percent manager premium or the value of the minimum guarantee.
  • 5 per cent of the personal group trade points, if a 21-percent line is sponsored.
  • executive premium, if he or she complies with the conditions.
  • stability bonus if conditions achieved.

Awards:

  • diploma of recognition from CaliVita International;
  • entitled to wearing the Triple Palm Manager pennant;
  • upon invitation, entitled to participate in a business trip of at least 5 days for two people to a foreign country, the expenses of which - with the exception of travel costs - are covered by CaliVita International;
  • photo recognition in the CaliNews;
  • upon invitation, entitled to attend the Manager club;
  • upon invitation, entitled to attend the top manager gatherings;

the rights, responsibilities and further business opportunities of the Triple Palm Manager are laid down in special Regulations (Top managerial Regulations).
